Welcome to Unisave, a website that provides exclusive discounts to students at local businesses in Norwich. Our service is free for students who meet the eligibility requirements.

1. Eligibility Requirements: To use Unisave, you must be a student with a valid email address ending in ".ac.uk" and have an account on the website. You must also have a phone that has NFC capability and you must be connected to the internet either through Wi-fi, mobile data or hotspot when scanning the NFC tag.

2. Discounts: Unisave provides exclusive discounts to students at local businesses in Norwich through the use of NFC tags. The discounts are only available to students who have an account on the website and who have been verified using the NFC tags.

3. Verification: To verify your status as a Unisave student, you must scan the NFC tag with your phone, this takes you to the Unisave website and if you are logged in it will verify your status as a Unisave Student.

4. User Information: When you create an account with Unisave, we will store your email and name on our website. Your data will be protected by Wix.com servers and security measures. We will not use your information for marketing purposes unless you opt-in.

5. Intellectual Property: The Unisave website is owned by UnisaveLTD, and its content and logo are also owned by UnisaveLTD. The NFC tags used for verification only open a link to the Unisave.co.uk website when tapped.

6. Payment Terms: There is no payment required from students who use the Unisave service. Instead, the company charges participating businesses for promotion.

7. Termination of Account: To delete your account, please send an email to unisaveltd+deactivation@gmail.com or use the chat function to request account deactivation. If a user is found to not follow the terms of service, their account may be deactivated, and they will be prevented from creating further accounts under the same email.

8. Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute with Unisave, please email unisaveltd+dispute@gmail.com, and we will address the dispute within 2-3 working days.

9. Limitation of Liability: Unisave assumes no liability for any financial loss to users that may arise from using the website or working with participating local businesses. Participating businesses have the right to refuse the discount without warning, but they cannot increase or decrease the value of the discount unless it is reflected on the Unisave website.

10. Governing Law: These terms of service and your use of the Unisave website are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

By using the Unisave service, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Unisave service.
